Warehouse Picker/Packer

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hr

Shift: 1st: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Picker/Packer? You’ll be:

• Picking products accurately based on customer orders, work instructions, or pick lists
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment according to quality and packaging standards
• Verifying product information, quantities, and lot numbers to ensure order accuracy
• Labeling packages and completing shipping documentation as required
• Utilizing RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and order movement
• Performing quality checks on products and packaging before shipment
• Assisting with inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counting activities
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following company safety procedures, quality standards, and GMP guidelines
• Collaborating with warehouse and production staff to maximize workflow efficiency
• Loading, stacking, and organizing finished boxes for shipment
• Performing additional packaging or warehouse duties as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Possess previous warehouse experience; order picking and packing experience strongly preferred
• Are able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Have basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Are team-oriented with good communication skills
• Can follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
