Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25-$28 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st - 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:
- Handling daily receiving and shipping duties to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Managing the RMA process and core returns between customers, the organization, and the factory.
- Taking ownership of parts/inventory issues and coordinating with sales and service departments to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performing regular inventory counts and communicating with staff regarding updated BOMs, superseded, or obsolete parts.
- Providing feedback to management on activity, goals, performance, and identifying training needs for the team.
- Participating in meetings, seminars, and training to stay updated on new products, parts, and processes.

- Possess strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with both technical and non-technical staff and customers.
- Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business programs.
- Have fork-lift experience (preferred but not required).
- Exhibit strong collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Can establish and maintain effective working relationships across various groups.
- Demonstrate integrity and values consistent with industry standards.
- Are able to meet the physical requirements of warehouse operations, including mobility, manual handling, and visual acuity.
