Kelly® in partnership with Compal Electronics is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support advanced automated warehouse operations in Taylor, TX.

Position Details

• Location: Taylor, TX (training in Georgetown, TX)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Pay: $20/hr (1-2 yrs exp) / $21.50 (3+ yrd exp)
• Starting as soon as next week!

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow procedures around automated equipment
• Dependability, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technology

What You’ll Do

• Operate automated cranes, shuttles, robots, conveyors, and material-flow equipment using computer interfaces and WMS technology
• Work at goods-to-person stations where automated systems deliver materials directly to you
• Monitor equipment, clear minor jams, resolve basic technical issues, and escalate complex problems
• Perform routine safety and equipment checks
• Verify inventory, process exception items, and support picking and put-away activities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
