Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Kelly® is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a leading distribution center in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build warehouse experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

•

Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while meeting quality and on-time delivery goals.

•

Receive, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.

•

Use RF scanners and SAP/WMS systems to track inventory movements.

•

Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage or discrepancies.

•

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

•

Follow all safety, housekeeping/7S, and quality standards.

•

Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

•

Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and consistently.

•

Be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

•

Be able to read and follow work instructions, basic prints, or assembly specifications.

•

Be comfortable performing repetitive tasks.

•

Be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

•

Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.

•

Be comfortable working in a temperature-variable warehouse environment.

•

Have previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
