We’re seeking a Fork Lift Operator – Utility Worker to work at a premier manufacturing client in Delaware Water Gap, PA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.00/hour

Shifts: st Shift: 7am–3pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm–7am, must be able to work all shifts

What’s a typical day:

• Picking up paper and handling materials throughout the facility.
• Operating a forklift (approx. 10% of the role) and assisting with other manual labor tasks.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Filling in for entry-level vacancies as needed to support mill operations.
• Reporting to the mill supervisor and participating in pre-shift meetings.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods in a labor-intensive environment, including pushing, lifting, bending, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (required).
• Have previous heavy industrial experience (preferred), including forklift or mobile equipment operation (preferred but not required).
• Can commit to all rotating shifts and adhere to strict attendance policies.
