Temporary Receptionist - Grandview, MO

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Assignment: Temporary coverage from approximately November 16 through December 31, 2026

We’re seeking a welcoming, dependable receptionist for a temporary assignment with a company in Grandview. You’ll provide vacation coverage for the company’s longtime receptionist and help create a positive first impression for everyone who visits or contacts the facility.

What you’ll do

• Greet visitors and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Direct people entering and leaving the building
• Follow and reinforce visitor access and security procedures
• Answer and route phone calls and respond to routine inquiries
• Multitask while keeping the reception area organized and professional
