Join a growing organization as a Technical Appian Consultant, where you will be part of the delivery team, supporting client engagements through hands-on Appian development, solution design, and implementation. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex technical projects, collaborate with clients, deliver scalable enterprise solutions, and contribute to the continued growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement complex Appian solutions.
• Build and integrate Appian applications with databases, APIs, and middleware.
• Advise clients on technical architecture, DevSecOps, and configuration management.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify process improvements and support internal technical initiatives.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• 2+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of Appian, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical design skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Appian Senior or Lead certification.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos).
• Experience with DevSecOps, configuration management, BI, or data visualization.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies.
