Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Rockville, MD – full-time and part-time options available

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based opportunity in the Rockville, MD area.

This is a W-2 position offering competitive pay of $65–$70 per hour, along with weekly pay, benefits, and paid time off (PTO).

School-based experience is a plus, but not required! At Kelly Pediatric Therapy, you’re never on your own. Our Clinical Directors provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and clinical support to help you succeed. We also offer assistance with IEP development, progress monitoring, documentation, and reporting, along with professional development opportunities and CEU support.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students in a K–12 school setting.

Assess students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs as appropriate.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.

Provide individual and small-group therapy sessions.

Address articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication skills.

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required records.
