Shipper / Receiver I

TE Connectivity | $18.00 per hour | 1st shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

TE Connectivity is hiring a Shipper / Receiver I to support material movement throughout its distribution center. This hands-on warehouse role includes receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate records and following safety and quality procedures.

What you’ll do

• Load and unload trucks; verify incoming products against shipping documents.
• Receive and record inventory using SAP, computers, and barcode scanners.
• Put away, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Prepare shipping labels, manifests, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
• Wrap or band pallets and coordinate shipments with carriers as needed.
• Identify damaged products or shipment discrepancies and report them.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety, security, and quality procedures.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic computer skills; SAP or warehouse-scanner experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
