What’s a typical day as Sanitation Worker? You’ll be:

• Maintaining sanitation standards in a high-volume food manufacturing environment to ensure food safety compliance
• Cleaning and sanitizing machinery, equipment, and workspaces using ladders (4 ft and 20 ft extension), scissor lifts (up to 30 ft), mops, buckets, rags, scrub brushes, hoses, power washers, scrapers, air hoses, and pallet jacks
• Performing rotational duties, including working on ladders and lifts (as an operator with training/certification or as a passenger)
• Utilizing various cleaning chemicals, including Pot N Pan Soap, Liquid Scour, Oakite CFC, Pathmaker, Bleach, Sanny-T 10+, oven cleaner, and stainless steel cleaner while following strict chemical safety procedures
• Using appropriate PPE (protective gloves) and adhering to all safety guidelines and SDS sheets

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have prior experience with sanitation, cleaning, or food production environments (preferred but not required)
• Are comfortable working at heights and with industrial cleaning equipment (training provided)
• Are able to work with cleaning chemicals and wear required PPE
• Possess a strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness
• Are willing to undergo training and certification for operating lifts and follow all safety procedures
