Incoming Quality Technician I – Start Your Career in Semiconductor Manufacturing!

Location: On-site (Taylor, TX)

Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift | starting at $22/hr

Are you detail-oriented and ready to kick-start your career in high-tech electronics? Join our fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing team as an Incoming Quality Technician I! In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our production running smoothly by inspecting and validating the quality of incoming materials - making a direct impact on our final products.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect materials like PCBAs, cables, connectors, and mechanical parts
• Use tools like calipers and gauges for visual, dimensional, and basic functional tests
• Verify parts meet quality standards by reviewing specs, drawings, and BOMs
• Identify, document, and label any issues or non-conforming materials
• Support supplier quality and work closely with manufacturing teams
• Help with incoming audits and first article inspections

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or Associate’s degree (preferred)
• 0–2 years in quality, manufacturing, or warehouse roles (no experience required!)
• Great attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to read simple drawings and follow instructions

Bonus points for experience in electronics manufacturing or using ERP/quality systems!
