Shift Details:

Monday – Friday

11am-7pm

$25.00 p/hr

Job Description:

As a Quality Control Technician, you will perform responsibilities as a multi-skilled individual in an empowered work team, under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in process monitoring, identify, and record product quality problems
• Measure product parameters, interpret data, and ensure conformance to specification limits
• Maintain qualifications for assigned test methods
• Perform package, process, and finished goods inspections/audits for quality specifications
• Communicate all deviations promptly
• Adhere to safety procedures and environmental policies
• Perform routine quality audits of finished goods (80%) and in-process goods (10%)
• Maintain qualification status for assigned test methods (5%)
• Perform other duties as assigned by management (5%)

Additional Responsibilities by Level:

• Tech Lead (Any Level):
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain shift uptime
• Conduct scheduled calibration and maintenance on test equipment
• Perform complex quality audits of finished goods
• Shift Lead (Any Level):
• Coordinate workflow in the lab and allocate resources to meet daily goals
• Oversee completion of Special Test Requests
• Perform complex quality audits and maintain test method qualifications
• Lab Support (Any Level):
• Compile data and prepare reports on non-conformance findings
• Plan/schedule Special Test Requests and non-conformance activities

Education:

• High school degree or equivalent required

Experience:

• 0–2 years of related experience
