If you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy making sure products meet strict quality standards, this could be the perfect fit. We're seeking 3rd Shift Quality Assurance Inspectors to join a team that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This is a long term contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire.
Pay: $23.50/hour
Work schedule: 3rd shift, 10pm - 6:30am, Sunday-Thursday.
Training: will train on 1st or 2nd shift for the first few weeks. Those shifts are 5:30am – 4pm, Monday- Thursday or 3:45pm - 2:30am Monday -Thursday
Your duties will include:
- Inspecting up parts and components in a manufacturing environment
- Using calipers and rulers to take visual measurements
- Acceptable quality limit (AQL) testing on batches of products
- Pressure checks and failure testing
- Data entry of measurements into Excel
- Working within a busy manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
- Previous quality assurance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience using quality hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers
- Interest in learning new skills and growing with the company
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently, while also working well with teammates
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality
- Safety shoes required
