Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$20 with shift differentials

Openings on all 3 shifts 7am-3pm, 3p-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Also there are 12 hours- either 6:40am-6:40pm, OR 6:40PM- 6:40AM

on a 2-2-3 schedule

What’s a typical day as a Production Worker? You’ll be:

• Operating PVD coating furnaces to coat carbide and Cermet inserts, ensuring product setup and cleanliness.
• Entering product weights and desired coating cycle information into the computer system and monitoring the coating process.
• Performing necessary maintenance tasks, including cleaning fixtures and base plates, ensuring adequate gas supply, and conducting batch cleanings at proper intervals.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or GED; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
• Possess the ability to understand oral and written communications and perform basic math.
• Are comfortable using a personal computer and various software, including SAP MII, and can handle inserts without chipping per handling guidelines.
