Production Operator I

Kelly Service is hiring as an entry-level Production Operator in Wilsonville, OR . This role involves routine, repetitive production work, assembling tooling, and accurately documenting measurements and production data.

Schedule

• Swing shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 p.m.–1:45 a.m.
• Training: Day shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure tooling for production jobs.
• Record measurements and production data accurately.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from leads and supervisors.
• Communicate with team members to support production flow.
• Work safely and efficiently, with attention to precision and detail.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of machining experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and detail-oriented work habits.
• Basic math skills and ability to measure using metric and English systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand approximately 80% of the shift and sit approximately 20%.
