Production Operator

Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:05 p.m.–3:35 a.m.
About the role
A Production Operator supports daily operations in a door components manufacturing environment. You’ll work collaboratively across production areas, rotate between tasks, and help keep the operation safe, organized, and focused on quality.
What you’ll do
- Assist Machine Operators and learn machine operation tasks through training.
- Perform production duties such as sweeping and cleaning, sorting, and stacking.
- Check work carefully to help ensure customer orders meet quality standards.
- Take ownership of your work area and contribute to Total Quality Management.
- Follow safety procedures, especially around operating machinery.
- Rotate between positions as needed to support production.
What you’ll bring
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and work for 10-hour shifts.
- Stamina for frequent walking, squatting, crouching, turning, twisting, stretching, grabbing, pulling, pushing, and bending in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong focus on workplace safety.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
