Production Operator - Torrington, CT

Kelly is hiring Production Operators for a premier manufacturing client in Torrington, CT. No experience required - paid training provided.

Pay: $21.00 – 25.30/hr (depending on shift) | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Shifts:

• 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift | 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

New hires train on 1st or 2nd shift before moving to their assigned shift.

What you’ll do:

• Manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures
• Use precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Rotate through tasks and departments to build skills
• Maintain safety and quality standards

What you need:

• High School Diploma or GED (trade school or military experience a plus)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Able to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and work on a team
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience helpful, not required
