Pay Rate: $19.50–$20.25 per hour

Shift: All Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00a – 2:30p or possibly 12 hour shifts – 6:00am – 6:00pm
• 2nd Shift: Varies – Could start at 11:00am or 2:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:00p – 6:30a – Varies
• Weekend and overtime hours will be required

What’s a typical day as Production Technician I? You’ll be:

• Operating machinery and equipment to process, package, and manage seed inventory
• Performing physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, standing/sitting for extended periods, repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs, and working in elevated areas
• Participating in daily team meetings and collaborating with others
• Ensuring housekeeping responsibilities and maintaining a clean work area
• Recording inventory information in computer systems
• Supporting seasonal tasks such as inspecting crops, packaging, warehousing, and shipping seed
• Forklift experience is a plus!

• Are able to speak and read English fluently
• Are safety conscious, flexible, and able to follow directions
• Can work in all weather and environmental conditions (heat, dust, cold, pollen, insects, bee stings)
• Are comfortable with physical work, including repetitive movements and lifting up to 60 lbs
• Are available for weekend and overtime hours
