Pay: $21.00/hr (Day Shift) Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 3:30pm

We’re seeking a Band Weld Packer to join a premier manufacturing client in East Longmeadow, MA. What you’ll be doing:

• Accurately count and verify high-volume product quantities
• Pack and prepare products for shipment
• Ensure proper labeling and product organization
• Track and record transactions as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support inventory accuracy and materials movement

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
• Good organizational skills and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic math and record keeping skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Able to lift, push, or pull 5 to 25 pounds
