Production Inspector – 1st Shift
Penn Yan, NY | $18.75/hour | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
(Part-time opportunities also available)
No manufacturing experience required!

We’re hiring Production Inspectors to join our food manufacturing team in Penn Yan. This is an entry-level opportunity for dependable people who take pride in doing quality work and showing up consistently.
If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work, we’ll train you.
What You’ll Do
•
Inspect finished products for leaks, damaged packaging, and seal issues
•
Remove defective products from the production line
•
Repack or rework products when needed
•
Perform basic quality checks and record rejected products
•
Stack and palletize finished products for shipment
•
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
•
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
•
Work with the production team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous manufacturing experience. We’re looking for someone who:

•
Can follow written and verbal instructions
•
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•
Works well as part of a team
•
Is willing to learn and follow safety procedures
High school diploma/GED preferred, but relevant experience may also be considered.
Physical Requirements
•
Able to stand for most of the workday
•
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
•
Able to perform repetitive tasks
•
Comfortable working around production equipment and machinery
