Responsibilities
- Support configuration and improvement of Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, and Ariba.
- Serve as a hands-on Coupa SME and procurement technology advisor.
- Support P2P processes, system administration, integrations, user access, and data governance.
- Identify automation opportunities that improve compliance, controls, and user experience.
- Analyze system and procurement data; support testing, documentation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Strong Coupa expertise and understanding of source-to-pay/P2P.
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, testing, and change enablement.
- Strong data literacy, organization, and attention to detail.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required.
- 2–4 years of experience required.
- Coupa, SAP, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or product-management certifications preferred.
