Position: Pick and Pack Worker

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm)

What you’ll do each day:

• Receive coversheets and carts - then log into our easy-to-use, voice-directed picking system
• Navigate product aisles, pick the right items, double-check for accuracy, and organize them for easy identification
• Maintain your own production records and help keep your workspace clean and safe
• Return completed carts to the staging area, and assist with special projects as needed
• Uphold high standards for safety, productivity, and workplace behavior

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have good reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Pay close attention to detail and are accountable for accurate order picking
• Follow instructions well and can juggle multiple duties efficiently
• Are able to distinguish between similar products and read fine print
• Have previous warehouse experience (preferred, but not required)
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, or have relevant work experience
