Second Shift General Operators

Pay: $18.75/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m. Weekends and extended hours may be scheduled as needed.

Kelly is hiring General Operators to support seed packaging operations. Duties include bagging and palletizing, assisting with packaging equipment, tracking materials, and following safety and quality procedures. Some positions may include limited forklift work for picking, pooling, and staging; this is not a full-time forklift role.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable, with excellent attendance.
• Able to work overtime, extended hours, or weekends as needed.
• Forklift experience required for 3 openings; preferred for the others.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; work indoors and outdoors; walk on uneven surfaces; and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks safely while maintaining product quality.

Required attire: Employee-provided steel-toe boots covering the ankle, durable long pants (jeans preferred), and a sleeved shirt covering the shoulders and torso. Loose clothing is not permitted.
