Keep the supply chain moving behind the products people rely on. At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re hiring experienced Material Handlers to work in Byhalia, MS. You’ll prepare, kit, and track the parts that keep the production line running, and you’ll support mechanical assembly as needed. If you have material handling experience and want to put it to work on a reliable production team, this role is for you.

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hr

What you’ll do:

• Use a bar code reader to kit and track parts
• Prepare and organize parts for assembly
• Assemble mechanical units using visual aids, verbal and written instructions, and assembly diagrams
• Operate basic equipment such as hand tools, presses, wire prep machines, and other assembly line tools
• Manually mask and prepare boards or parts as needed
• Comply with all company safety and security policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Material handling, warehouse, or production experience
• Ability to read and comprehend English verbal and written instructions and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of safety protocols and mechanical component identification
• High school diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
• Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures is a plus
