Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (1-uyear Contract)

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday, OT as needed

What’s a typical day as a Material Schedule Planner? You’ll be:

• Planning and scheduling manufacturing processes for current production and service parts.
• Scheduling production and service parts based on organizational needs.
• Creating, coordinating, and tracking shipments using SAP.
• Supporting shipping activities and ensuring timely delivery of complete goods and service shipments.
• Acting as a key contact for shop floor issues, tracking parts, and updating stakeholders on timelines.
• Expediting production and purchased parts as needed.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assisting in inventory integrity, administrative duties, and production department manpower planning.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams to manage daily tasks and communicate updates.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in material scheduling, shipping, or a related support role (preferred but not required).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Are extremely organized with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
• Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and are comfortable using Outlook and Teams.
• Are willing to learn SAP (prior experience is a plus but can be trained).
• Thrive in a fast-paced, shop floor environment and are available to work onsite during the specified shift.
