Material Coordinator

Kelly Services is seeking a Materials Coordinator to administer and operate the organization’s warehouses. This role includes the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. The Coordinator is responsible for accurately accounting for all materials and supplies in the warehouse facilities and auditing goods upon receipt.

Location: Sarasota FL

Pay Rate: $25.72/hour

Hours: M-F 8:30-5pm

Key responsibilities include overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, as well as managing reporting activities in accordance with established procedures. The position also involves preparing and coordinating shipping and receiving schedules to ensure efficient flow of goods and optimal utilization of warehouse space. The Coordinator will ensure adherence to operational standards, effective space management, and the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge typically acquired through relevant experience, specialized education, or training
• Ability to follow clearly defined procedures, tasks, and guidelines
• Basic understanding of job routines and processes within the discipline
• Experience working with established technical and operational procedures
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• Flexibility to work overtime during weekdays, particularly on Thursdays and Fridays
