Manufacturing Technician
- Location: Bow, OH 03304
- Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 6:30 am to 3 pm
- Hourly rate: $21.73/h
- Contract: W2 contract under staffing supplier, with 3-month duration (possible conversion according to performance)
Core Focus
An agile role combining administrative oversight (HSE, inventory, quality) with hands-on production coverage to support changing plant needs.
Key Responsibilities
•
HSE & Compliance: Track safety metrics, prepare HSE reports, and assist the Plant Manager with environmental filings.
•
Inventory & Logistics: Manage byproduct shipping (trucking/customer coordination), conduct month-end audits, and reconcile inventory records.
•
Quality & Documentation: Log operational data, perform product quality checks, and report process issues.
•
Plant Operations: Operate and clean production machinery, handle material transfer/loading, and step in to cover scheduling gaps.
•
Warehouse Management: Oversee safe and organized storage of raw materials and finished products.
