Position Details

Job Title: Machine Operator
•
Location: Woodpark Blvd, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28206
•
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
•
Shift: 2nd Shift
•
Schedule: Monday – Friday
•
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
•
Start Date: ASAP – Immediate openings for qualified candidates!
Job Responsibilities
•
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production.
•
Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
•
Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
•
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine operating issues.
•
Monitor production output and maintain accurate production records.
•
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
•
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
•
Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as needed.
Qualifications – PLEASE READ!
•
RECENT Machine Operator experience is REQUIRED!
•
Previous experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery.
•
Ability to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
•
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
•
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
•
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
•
Must be available to work the entire 2nd shift schedule.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT an entry-level position. We are specifically seeking candidates with recent, verifiable Machine Operator experience.
