Pay Rate: $16/hr

Shifts: 1st 6AM to 4PM Monday – Thursday with possible overtime on Friday

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating and tending machines to cut, shape, weld, and bend metal materials
• Observing machine operations to detect and resolve malfunctions promptly
• Positioning, adjusting, and securing workpieces manually or using hoist mechanisms
• Performing material and tool changes, setups, and minor maintenance after training
• Continuously inspecting workpieces using measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
• Maintaining housekeeping of machines and work cells
• Communicating effectively with operators, maintenance, team leaders, and supervisors

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
• Can read and comprehend work instructions and write production reports
• Are able to perform repetitive lifting/pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs)
• Are committed to working safely and wearing required PPE
