Location: Fresno, CA

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Opportunity: Temporary-to-hire with potential for conversion

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, eager to learn, and interested in long-term advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and power hand tools.
• Stack corrugated products and perform quality checks.
• Set up materials and follow work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of machine operator experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and navigate stairs throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
