Machine Operator (1st shift)
Production Operator
Schedule: Mon – Thu | 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM (paid 30-min lunch + OT)
Pay: $23.00 – $24.00/hr. (depending on experience)
Status: W2 contractor under-staffing, 3 months temp-to hire.
Role Overview
Join our fast-paced team operating production lines, managing automated bagging, charging material hoppers, and driving forklifts to produce essential fireproofing products.
Qualifications
•
2+ years of manufacturing environment experience required.
•
Forklift experience preferred.
•
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
•
High School Diploma / GED & fluent English skills.
•
Strong work ethic and commitment to plant safety.
Key Responsibilities
•
Operate production line equipment (Line 1 & 2, Bagger, Rover, Charger).
•
Load hoppers, monitor automated bagging systems, and reprocess rejects.
•
Safely operate a forklift to supply raw materials and move finished pallets.
•
Follow plant safety policies, complete shift reports, and keep work areas clean.
