Join a full-line manufacturing operation as a Machine Assistant. Depending on your experience and the facility’s needs, you may support different positions across the plant, helping produce quality products safely and on time.

Available shifts

• 2 openings: Second shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• 2 openings: Third shift, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

This role may require working any shift in a three-shift operation, plus up to four hours of overtime before or after a scheduled shift, including weekends.

What you’ll do

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation.
• Monitor production quality and follow product specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting with hand tools.
• Record production data, downtime, and maintenance in computer systems.
• Communicate with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and production processes closely.

What you’ll bring

• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A consistent work history; 2–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic manufacturing math.
• Ability to work in a hot, humid, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand and walk throughout the shift, navigate stairs, bend, and lift or push/pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Full-line manufacturing experience is preferred.

Safety and hiring requirements

A site tour is required. Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes are required for the site tour and on the job. All offers are contingent on successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
