Position Title: Formulation Technician
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
Pay rate: $23-25 per hour.

Overview
Join our team and make an impact in life sciences production! As a Formulation Technician, you’ll be instrumental in crafting and testing columns and related consumables. You’ll contribute to various tasks, from assembly and testing to recordkeeping and maintaining a clean laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting column production lab work, including testing and HPLC column packing.
- Performing computer data entry and assisting with solvent disposal and restocking.
- Assisting in instrument and equipment maintenance, as well as supply ordering.
- Documenting detailed records and following SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Continuing personal growth through training and skill development.
- Promoting teamwork and adhering to quality procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life science discipline, prior manufacturing or lab experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a process and data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn chromatography software.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing assignments.
- Excellent communication, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Capacity to learn and apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts.
- Dedication to meeting deadlines and targets while upholding our client’s values.
