Warehouse & Forklift Operator

Location: Long Beach, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Pay: $24.50/hour

Assignment: 6-month temporary-to-hire opportunity

Join a manufacturing warehouse team handling packaged goods. You’ll operate a forklift, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain a safe, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload packaged goods using a forklift.
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Move, label, and store materials; assist with inventory counts.
• Keep the warehouse, loading dock, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety and operating procedures and promptly report incidents or hazards.

Minimum Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift driving experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and maintaining a clean work area.
