Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour – Weekly Pay!

Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, OT as needed

What’s a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You’ll be:

• Loading and unloading trucks to support daily shipping, receiving, and production movements.
• Promoting a Safety-First culture while operating a forklift and maintaining warehouse safety standards.
• Maintaining good housekeeping throughout the warehouse and taking ownership of individual work areas.
• Ensuring all materials are stored according to site safety and segregation policies.
• Maintaining accurate inventory using good warehousing practices and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Completing warehouse paperwork to track all physical material movements.
• Following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures for material handling.
• Inspecting forklifts daily and completing necessary equipment condition reports.
• Assisting with periodic inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Supporting inventory accuracy by verifying product condition, paperwork, and shipment details.
• Completing required regulatory training (FIFRA, DOT) on time.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bring 1-5 years of warehouse and forklift experience.
• Are in good physical condition and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good math and communication skills.
• Have experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities in a warehouse or production setting.
