Schedule: Part-Time – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Room Operator to support a government agency in Tampa, FL. This position involves operating commercial-grade printers and handling document preparation using computer software. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a professional work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain commercial printers for high-volume print jobs
• Prepare, open, and send digital documents using a computer
• Ensure accuracy and quality of printed materials
• Follow agency protocols and confidentiality guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized print room environment

Qualifications:

• Basic computer literacy (opening, saving, sending documents)
