Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring fabrication & Repair Associates for Terrepower in Flat Rock, NC.

This position focuses on repairing, refurbishing, and rewiring automotive headlights. We’re looking for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment.

Flat Rock, NC

Pay: $19.50/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Repair and refurbish automotive headlight components
• Perform wiring and rewiring tasks according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality and functionality
• Follow detailed work instructions and repair procedures
• Meet production and quality objectives
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production demands

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, automotive, repair, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements
