About the Role:

As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you’ll play a vital part in preparing, completing, and revising nonconformance records with precision. What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and update documentation using standardized templates and approved examples
  • Adapt each record to reflect specific events using verified source information
  • Navigate Oracle and other systems to retrieve and cross-check relevant data
  • Proactively clarify missing or unclear details with internal teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering)
  • Rapidly incorporate reviewer feedback, manage revisions, and resubmit documents
  • Track the status of assignments and meet productivity and quality expectations
  • Follow strict documentation procedures and escalate any discrepancies to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in document control, manufacturing administration, quality assurance, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and written communication
  • Proactive and approachable demeanor, willing to actively engage with colleagues to resolve issues
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training
  • Familiarity with product specifications and the importance of documentation in regulated environments (medical device experience a plus)

Requirements:

  • Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 1+ years in quality, manufacturing, regulatory, compliance, documentation, or related operations
  • Experience in regulated environments preferred, but not required

Work Environment:

  • Professional onsite office (no remote work)
  • Standard office equipment; may occasionally move/lift up to 25 pounds
  • Extended periods of sitting or standing required

This is a great opportunity to advance your career in quality documentation while making a meaningful impact in a leading manufacturing facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at documentation, we want to hear from you!
