We’re hiring Digital Print Operators to join our production team! If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with equipment in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity.

You’ll operate digital printing equipment, ensure print quality, and help keep production running smoothly while working with a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate digital printers to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Load paper and materials and follow job instructions.
• Inspect printed products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Complete quality checks and production paperwork.
• Keep production moving by meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate job counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company quality, safety, and confidentiality procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital printing or production experience.
• Experience operating commercial printers or digital presses.
• Familiarity with color matching or variable data printing.
