Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Shift:1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Planning and packaging high-quality products on time and in the right quantities in production areas
• Supporting a diverse and inclusive talent pool, developing expertise within autonomous teams
• Taking personal accountability for upskilling, training, and coaching needs, and collaborating on training programs for operational teams
• Driving a culture of safety by following all safety procedures, workplace standards, and company guidelines, including proper PPE usage
• Following cGMPs, OSHA requirements, and participating in occupational health and safety programs
• Maintaining, cleaning, and organizing work areas using 5S practices
• Embracing new technologies and digital tools to improve operational efficiencies and production agility
• Performing daily set-up and routine operations of packaging lines, including equipment such as bottle in-feed, unscramblers, fillers, cappers, labelers, vision systems, and more
• Collaborating with production and support staff to meet production schedules and deadlines
