Job overview

Test, reimage, and reconfigure network devices and servers so they meet factory or customer specifications and are ready for redeployment.

What you’ll do

• Perform functional tests on network devices and servers.
• Reimage and reconfigure equipment to factory or customer requirements.
• Follow multi-screen procedures and accurately record test results.
• Diagnose hardware issues and independently troubleshoot more complex problems.
• Verify that equipment meets applicable testing and configuration requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Confident computer skills and the ability to work across multiple screens.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry habits.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with network devices or servers would be relevant; the supplied requisition does not specify a required certification.
