Test devices to determine whether they are ready for redeployment. Follow on-screen procedures, record results, and troubleshoot straightforward hardware issues.

What you’ll do

• Perform functional tests on devices using established procedures.
• Work across multiple screens to follow test steps and enter results.
• Identify basic hardware issues and troubleshoot straightforward problems.
• Record testing outcomes accurately and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Follow production and quality requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Confident computer skills and comfort working across multiple screens.
• Attention to detail when following procedures and entering data.
• Ability to work independently on routine testing and troubleshooting tasks.
• interest or experience supporting Depot customers through Project Zinc is a plus.
