Assembly Worker

Kelly is seeking Assemblers in Georgetown, TX at an Brand-New IT facility!

Shift & Pay Rate:

Monday-Friday/7am-4pm (may get moved to the Taylor location after training 7am-4pm schedule)

$18.00 hour

Weekly pay!

Temp to Hire (based on performance/attendance)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly of electronic or mechanical components on production lines
• Follow standard work instructions, SOPs, and assembly guidelines
• Inspect parts and assembled units for defects or quality issues
• Ensure correct placement and handling of materials and components
• Maintain production output targets and efficiency standards
• Report any assembly errors, equipment issues, or material shortages
• Stand/walk/bend/squat/lift up to 40 lbs. throughout shift
• Support production team with line balancing and general tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months–1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of assembly or production processes is a plus
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
