Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21-22 per hour, based on experience

What’s a typical day as LA10 – Assembly Worker? You’ll be:

• Assembling and processing small components into finished medical devices using specialized tools and equipment
• Loading fixtures, operating equipment, and assisting production operators and technicians as needed
• Performing visual inspections (with and without microscopes) to ensure product quality
• Carrying out basic measurements and calculations to verify specifications
• Assisting with machine adjustments, workstation setups, welding operations, and product packaging
• Accurately documenting production activities and inspection results
• Maintaining clean, organized work areas and following safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP)
• Collaborating with supervisors and team leads to meet daily production goals

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred)
• Are seeking an entry-level role - no prior manufacturing experience required
• Are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Have strong attention to detail and can accurately document your work
• Can frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Possess good communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
• Can reliably follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent attendance
• (Preferred) Have microscope experience, knowledge of ISO/FDA requirements, or exposure to LEAN manufacturing
