Job Title: Assembly Worker – Press Room Support (3rd Shift)
Location: Johnson Creek, WI
Shift: 3rd Shift
Position Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented team members to support our Press Room on 3rd shift! In this hands-on role, you’ll help with clipping, grinding, and packaging rubber parts - an important part of ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Clip and grind rubber parts using a specialized workstation (similar to a pencil sharpener process)
- Trim excess rubber, inspect parts for quality, and package them in bins
- Stand at a workstation table throughout the shift
- Handle some light lifting as part of daily tasks
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- The ability to work independently
- Comfortable standing for long periods and doing repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work 3rd shift hours
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
