Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Assembly Operator to assemble electronic and mechanical components. This hands-on role involves following work instructions and manufacturing drawings, using hydraulic presses and small hand tools, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and cleanliness.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 2:15 PM–12:45 AM

Mon-Thurs

• Pay rate: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to standardized work instructions, top-level and sub-level drawings, SOPs, and OMS.
• Read and understand manufacturing drawings and production documentation to complete assemblies accurately.
• Operate hydraulic presses and use small hand tools as required for assembly tasks.
• Meet established production quality and safety requirements and follow all instructions and protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas using 5S practices.
• Follow the company attendance policy and demonstrate reliability throughout scheduled shifts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in daily tasks and work practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for small-part assembly.
• Ability to follow written instructions and interpret manufacturing drawings and procedures.
• Willingness to follow safety, quality, attendance, and cleanliness standards.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
