Property Maintenance Laborer Part-Time

Kelly Properties is seeking a dependable and hardworking Property Maintenance Laborer (part-time) to help keep our buildings and grounds safe, clean, and well-maintained. This position plays a key role in daily upkeep, minor repairs, and outdoor maintenance tasks throughout the property. Responsibilities: • Perform general building repairs including basic carpentry, painting, patching, and minor plumbing. • Inspect property grounds, buildings, and equipment to identify maintenance needs. • Maintain outdoor spaces by mowing, trimming, snow removal, and general landscaping. • Assist with custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash collection, and common-area upkeep. • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, and maintenance machinery. • Complete assigned work orders and maintain accurate documentation. • Move furniture, supplies, appliances and materials as needed. • Support maintenance technicians with larger projects and repairs. • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards promptly. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Must have reliable transportation to get to work • Experience in general maintenance or laborer work is a plus. • Ability to use basic tools and equipment safely. • Physically able to lift 50 plus pounds, work outdoors, and perform repetitive tasks. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions and work independently.
