CNC Milling Machinist (Setup)

Kell-Strom Tool Company, a family-owned aerospace manufacturer in Wethersfield, CT with 75+ years of craftsmanship, is looking for a CNC Milling Machinist who takes pride in precision work.
This isn't high-volume, push-button machining-our shop focuses on low-volume, high-mix parts, where your skill actually shows.
What You'll Do
- Turn blueprints into finished precision parts
- Set up and run CNC milling machines
- Inspect your work using standard measuring tools
- Troubleshoot and improve setups and processes
What You Bring
- Solid CNC milling experience (setups are key)
- Strong understanding of machining and quality
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
