Who YOU Are
You're a proactive and organized Project Coordinator who supports a Program Management Office (PMO) delivering a facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) contract. You coordinate multiple workstreams, analyze performance metrics, and turn operational data into clear information for leadership. You work effectively with customers, site personnel, and technical teams to clarify requirements, identify discrepancies, improve processes, and drive assigned actions to completion.
At KBR, you bring a combination of logistical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Known for your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate across departments, and maintain accurate tracking systems, you play a vital role in supporting mission-critical operations. Your dedication to efficiency, accuracy, and seamless coordination aligns with KBR's mission of delivering innovative and reliable solutions.
What You Will Do
You will support the Program Manager and PMO in coordinating contract execution, operational reporting, and performance improvement across facilities O&M activities, including OCONUS site operations. You will help align work with the Statement of Work (SOW), contractual deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a mission-critical operational environment. Responsibilities can include:
- Maintain integrated schedules, milestones, deliverable trackers, and action logs for the PMO; identify dependencies, schedule variances, and operational constraints, and coordinate updates with program leadership.
- Maintain requirements and action-item trackers that connect customer requests and contractual commitments to owners, due dates, and completion status. Clarify requirements with users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across site operations, maintenance teams, and PMO workstreams. Follow up on commitments, resolve coordination gaps, and escalate decisions, coverage concerns, or service disruptions to the Program Manager.
- Identify and track operational risks, issues, and dependencies affecting service continuity, schedules, and contractual deliverables; follow mitigation and corrective actions through closure.
- Collect and analyze KPIs and facilities O&M performance data, such as work order response and completion times, preventive maintenance compliance, backlog, and recurring service issues, against applicable contract targets.
- Identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and recurring deficiencies; recommend program improvements and operational efficiencies, and track whether implemented changes improve service delivery.
- Prepare monthly status reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings. Review site reports and supporting data for discrepancies, omissions, and inconsistent calculations; coordinate corrections with data owners before submission.
- Support outside the continental United States (OCONUS) site operations by coordinating site inputs, operational requirements, schedules, documentation, and issue resolution across locations and time zones.
- Use SharePoint to organize and maintain current SOW requirements, deliverable records, risk registers, operational reports, and decision logs. Track reporting deadlines and provide traceability between reported results and source records.
- Facilitate PMO and site coordination meetings, document decisions and action items, and communicate priorities. Partner with executive assistants and support staff on team activities and internal events as needed.
- Partner with the PMO and Talent Acquisition to support contract staffing. Track vacancies, candidate pipelines, onboarding actions, and anticipated start dates; coordinate staffing priorities and communicate gaps or delays affecting contract coverage.
- Support the PMO in monitoring and managing subcontractor performance against contract requirements. Maintain performance trackers, review staffing and delivery status, identify deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions with subcontractor representatives and subcontract administrators, and escalate unresolved concerns to the Program Manager.
This is a contingent position based upon contract award
Required Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, and experience using project coordination or workflow management tools to maintain schedules, action logs, performance trackers, and status reports.
- Experience supporting contract staffing coordination and subcontractor oversight, including tracking candidate or onboarding actions, coordinating with partner organizations, and reporting staffing status or performance concerns.
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across customers, technical teams, leadership, and support staff.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information; a professional approach to difficult requests, including the ability to clarify priorities, raise concerns, and establish appropriate boundaries within assigned responsibilities.
