• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• First Shift

Compensation

$18.00-$26.00 per hour Compensation is based on prior welding experience and demonstrated welding performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal components according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use grinders, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read measuring devices and basic fabrication drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to safely operate welding equipment and common fabrication tools.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus.
• Technical degree or vocational training in welding, fabrication, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a custom metal fabrication environment.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, or other common welding processes.
